Marty and Shirley Ginsberg are wonderful to work with.  We are coming from a distance to look for a second home to purchase.  The first time we met with the Ginsbergs, we gave them very limited time to research homes prior to our visit.  We were very impressed that they had done so much homework in a very short time.  The fact that Marty and Shirley are very familiar with Harwich and surrounding areas, allows us to use our limited time wisely.  They keep us on a tight schedule which is exactly what we were looking for.
